TELEPHONY MESSAGING INTEGRATION ( TMI )

Callers may Press a key ( 1), to have a URL instantly sent via text to their cell phone.

Example:

  • Press 1 to receive directions to our office: Press 2 to receive a Text with our Menu: Press 3 To receive a text with a link to our On-Line Ordering: Press 4 to request a Call Back to your number.
  • When a customer receives a TEXT from your business, they may also CALL back to the number the Text Came from.
  • The ability to return a call from the source of the TEXT, cannot be accomplished with those Short Code Messages.
  • Unlimited Free TEAM CHAT: Use our service as you would use other CHAT Services to communicate between Associates. No Text Messaging fees apply to the use of Internal Chat: Provided everyone is a licensed user.
  • UNIQUE to our service via TMI: Send up to 20 Messages at once to any Text enabled number. Responses are One to One: Not One to Many. You send out 20 Messages, responses are sent only to you: Others are not burdened with copies from all of the responses.

CALL7sms service sends email notifications of all Inbound and Outbound TEXT Messages to the respective email configured to a specific Channel. You may respond to those TEXT messages right from your email, as our servers convert the Email to a TEXT message. Thus you may have a Two Way TEXT CHAT directly from your Email if you wish. All of those messages are logged and are visible in the CHAT Portal.
Notifications may be turned on or off.
